Gracjan’s management of the site was excellent and he was very accommodating and responsive with snagging items. The end client was very happy not only with the calibre of the completed works but also with the conduct and disposition of the workmen when they were on site.
Overall I was very happy with the work carried out by Kilby. The work ended up costing more than anticipated due to modifications to the original plans, but this was brought to our attention early on and dealt with professionally. Towards the end I did feel that the work was dragging on, but after discussion with the project manager there was a final push to get everything completed. The work was carried out to a high standard and we are very happy with how it turned out.
